Ohhhh the Humanity,
The biggest news story of the day has nothing to do with an Indian doctor trying to earn a living in Australia practising his shonky molotov medicine or the fact that Geelong Football Clubs' major sponsor "Ford" is to close its engine building plant at Geelong with the flow on effect of possibly thousands of Geelong people looking elsewhere for employment... or that organisers want to pre sell Melbourne Cup Carnival tickets to control crowd numbers,, these items are not news worthy compared to our Captains' dodgy hamstring,,, how will other Collingwood supporters sleep tonight,,, I will be tossing and turning wondering if the Great Man will ever pull on the famous Black and White Jumper in anger again. ....as with the Hindenburgs explosion,,,"Ohh the Humanity"

just checking
Sorry about above but I am having trouble publishing my comment. Not sure why you and your lovely wife are concerned about the way I reacted to the news of the hammy when clearly you are as affected as me. After the hammy news I went out for lunch and ate 12 prawn dumplings. Does that classify as binge eating? Just read an article that Mike Sheahan wrote about how great Travis Cloke is playing. Notice to all journalists: PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ANY ARTICLES ABOUT OUR PLAYERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE PLAYING WELL, YOU ARE JINXING (is that a word????) THEM. You probably think I am mad but I have noticed that whenever one of our players has been written about, he has shocker!!! Anyway, it would be nice to farewell our captain in a proper manner after a game, not with a lap of honour.
